Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all coaching services provided by the Coach. By purchasing, booking, or attending any coaching services, the client (“the Client”) confirms they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Payments

1.1 All fees must be paid in full in advance of any session, programme, or coaching period.

1.2 The Coach reserves the right to refuse or cancel a session if payment has not been received prior to the scheduled start time.

1.3 Late payment does not guarantee availability of sessions.

2. Lateness

2.1 If the Client arrives more than 5 minutes late to a scheduled session, the Coach reserves the right to cancel the session.

2.2 Cancelled sessions due to lateness are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled.

2.3 Sessions will not be extended to compensate for lateness.

3. Session Cancellations (24-Hour Policy)

3.1 Any session cancelled by the Client within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged in full.

3.2 Failure to attend a session without notice will be treated as a cancellation and charged accordingly.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 All payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to sessions, packages, monthly coaching, or online services.

4.2 No refunds will be issued for unused, missed, or forfeited sessions.

4.3 Under extreme condtions the coach may give refunds under Their discretion

5. Termination of Coaching Services

5.1 The Client must provide a minimum of one (1) month’s written notice to cancel ongoing coaching services.

5.2 Fees remain payable during the notice period.

5.3 The Coach reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the Client breaches these Terms.

6. Sessions & Roll Over

6.1 Sessions must be used within the agreed coaching period.

6.2 Sessions do not roll over from month to month unless explicitly agreed in writing.

6.3 Unused sessions will be forfeited without refund.

7. Client Responsibility & Results Disclaimer

7.1 The Client acknowledges that results depend on factors including effort, consistency, adherence, lifestyle, and communication.

7.2 The Coach does not guarantee results.

7.3 The Coach’s role is to provide guidance, education, and support only. Responsibility for outcomes rests solely with the Client.

8. Communication

8.1 The effectiveness of coaching relies on accurate and timely communication from the Client.

8.2 Lack of communication may limit the Coach’s ability to provide appropriate support and adjustments.

9. Injuries, Health & Medical Disclaimer

9.1 The Client must disclose all pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, or physical limitations during the initial consultation.

9.2 The Client must inform the Coach immediately of any injury, pain, or medical issue that arises during the coaching period.

9.3 The Coach may adapt training where appropriate but is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to disclose information.

9.4 The Coach is not a GP, physiotherapist, or medical professional and does not diagnose or treat injuries or medical conditions.

9.5 The Client agrees to seek advice from a qualified medical professional where necessary and to follow medical guidance.

10. Check-Ins

10.1 Check-ins are scheduled at agreed times.

10.2 If the Client misses their scheduled check-in, feedback will be provided at the Coach’s next available opportunity.

10.3 Missed check-ins may be delivered via voice note rather than Loom video, at the Coach’s discretion.

11. Check-In Forms

11.1 The Client is responsible for completing and submitting check-in forms on time.

11.2 The Coach is not obligated to chase missing forms or information.

12. Booking Sessions

12.1 The Client is responsible for booking sessions within the agreed availability.

12.2 The Coach is not responsible for chasing the Client to book sessions.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, the Coach shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by the Client arising from participation in coaching services, except where caused by the Coach’s proven negligence.

13.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter which cannot be excluded under UK law.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Acceptance

15.1 By purchasing or participating in coaching services, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms in full.
